Tips To Cure Your Morning Sickness

Replete with vitamins, fibre and minerals, coconut water is endowed with many health benefits. Add one teaspoon of lemon juice to a cup of coconut water. Take a sip of this concoction every fifteen minutes to put your stomach at ease.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is found to have great benefits and is one of the home remedies for morning sickness. Simply take a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and mix it in a glass of water. Drink this in the morning, on a regular basis.

3. Ginger Juice

Ginger juice has the ability to soothe your stomach in a relaxing way as it comes with stimulating properties. Just a teaspoon of ginger juice is a good option to minimize uneasiness caused by morning sickness. Alternatively, you can also have ginger candies or ginger-infused tea.

4. Lemon Juice

Another miracle juice that drives morning sickness away is lemon juice. The sourness of the lemon is what works to do away with nausea. All you need to do is take fresh lime juice, blend in a pinch of salt and sugar, mix well and drink it up.

5. Rose Water and Milk

Rose water and milk help to get rid of nausea and feelings of vomiting. Take a cup of milk and add a few drops of rose water to it. Boil the milk and drink it warm. As an added measure, you can take a cup of this rose milk with a teaspoon of ghee at bedtime to control morning sickness.

6. Mint

The pungent flavor of the mint refreshes and cools down feelings of nausea and vomiting to a great degree and is an ideal ingredient for reducing morning sickness. Chew a few mint leaves every day to reduce the severity of your queasiness.

Be sure to get adequate rest, avoid consuming foods that are packed with loads of artificial flavors and avoid basking in the afternoon sun for long periods of time.
